As a chief sub-editor at Reuters on the London Treasury Desk, Victoria specialised in EU financial regulation and the Benelux economies, also handling the gamut of economic stories filed by correspondents across EMEA. She was previously Brussels bureau chief and France/Benelux head at AFX/Thomson Financial News, writing on a wide range of EU issues and with responsibility for regional coverage.
