Like silk, women’s careers are flexible, yet strong, colourful and create an extra dimension. Women no longer reach the top by copying pin-stripe suit behaviours and climbing the pyramid structures but by creating new opportunities, career paths and connections in their own right and within their own power.
Based on her experiences as former management board member of ING in Asia and as a current supervisory and advisory board member, Mirella proposes strategies to strengthen women’s leadership potential.
