Independence of mind is an important part of the Blueprint ethos. For us, it is about not being constrained in the advice we give our clients, having the freedom to think expansively rather than narrowly.
Our most senior people concentrate on working for you, our clients. And if we think you need to use additional service providers, we make objective, unbiased recommendations based on experience and networks built over many years. This is because we are not your average team of consultants. Some of us have consultancy backgrounds, but most don't. This variety helps us to take a fresh look at our client's challenges - no 'standardised approaches' or predictable solutions.
The multi cultural nature of the Blueprint team also helps. While we don't believe in stereotypes, it's true that people from different cultures often approach problem solving in different ways. Our team is made up of twelve different nationalities, and rising - a melting pot of influences and ideas.
